These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of nutripeaklabs.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from NutriPeak (“NutriPeak,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
NutriPeak is an online store selling dietary supplements. Our products are manufactured and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand/dropship supplement partner, and orders are shipped directly from their fulfillment facilities to you. We are based in and primarily serve customers in the United States, and we also ship to a limited list of additional countries (see our Shipping Policy for the current country list).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
3. Products and Descriptions
We do our best to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, serving sizes, and images. However:
- Product packaging and formulations may occasionally change from what is shown on the Site.
- Colors, labels, and images are for illustration and may vary slightly from the physical product.
- Our products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for medical advice. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory body.

4. Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or listing error before it ships. We may limit or decline any order at our discretion, for example to prevent fraud or abuse.
5. Payment
We accept payment via cryptocurrency and card-to-crypto on-ramp checkout. When you pay by card, your card is processed by a regulated third-party payment/on-ramp provider that converts your payment into crypto on your behalf; we never see or store your full card number. When you pay directly in crypto, transactions are recorded on the relevant public blockchain and are generally irreversible once confirmed. Please double-check your order and payment details before confirming, as crypto payments cannot be “charged back” the way a credit card can.
6. Shipping

7. Returns and Replacements
Our approach to defective, damaged, or incorrect items is described in our Returns & Replacements Policy, which is part of these Terms. We do not offer a general money-back guarantee, and we do not accept returns of opened consumable supplement products for safety and hygiene reasons.
8. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the Site’s normal operation; scrape or copy content for resale; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and product images, is owned by NutriPeak or our suppliers and licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriPeak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Always consult a healthcare professional regarding supplement use, allergies, interactions, or any adverse reaction, and stop use and seek medical attention if you experience a reaction.
